ISTE Chapter in collaboration with Training and Placement

 

ISTE Chapter in collaboration with Training and Placement, enriched the students with lot of guest lectures on various technical and general topics. We have a team from London, UK who visit Madha Engineering College once in 6 months for conducting training on Soft skills, Communication skills, Motivational skills and Leadership skills.

 

This year we had the following trainers Mr. Steven Potter, Mr. Andrew, Mr. Dave, Ms. Loraine, Mr. Peter and Mr. Mike who did a tremendous job in training our students in soft skills on 11th and 21st of January, 2014. They covered the following topics

2. Positive attitude
3. Effective communication
4. Listening Strategically
5. Resolving conflicts
6. Interpersonal skills
7. Interview skills
8. Problem solving
9. Motivational skills
10. Team building
11. Leadership skills
 

Most of them were holding very high posts in the corporate sector in London. With a generous heart they took their time to visit and tune Madha Engineering students.
